Make a complaint

Any person has the possibility to submit a complaint to CERTISYS® in case of dissatisfaction regarding a CERTISYS® activity, a product that we certify or a case of fraudulent use of the organic designation, or other sustainable labels. You will find below a form that will enable you to inform us.  

We are committed, in the first instance, to acknowledging receipt of the complaint and to dealing with it as soon as possible.
