The controls carried out by a Certisys inspector involve, among other things, checking:
• the guarantees of the raw materials,
• the composition of the products to be certified,
• les processing process,
• the labelling (labels and means of communication),
• the administrative system (quality procedure, invoicing, traceability, etc..).
Samples can also be taken at any time during the production process: from the raw materials to the finished product including during all the intermediate stages. The analyses are carried out by an accredited laboratory.
At the end of the inspection, the Certisys inspector draws up a report which is transmitted to you and also sent to the certification department. You are then informed of any nonconformities, corrective measures to be taken and, if applicable, the sanction, determined according to the nature of the problem.
