Het is van toepassing op marktdeelnemers die hun <strong>m<\/strong><strong>aatschappelijke zetel<\/strong><strong> of een vestigingseenheid in het Waalse Gewest <\/strong>hebben. De basistekst van dit besluit is op 7 december bekendgemaakt en is op <strong>17 december 2022<\/strong> in werking getreden.
