Laat u controleren<\/h2>\n<p>Zodra uw dossier geopend is, zal de CERTISYS-auditeur die instaat voor uw dossier contact met u opnemen om een afspraak te maken voor de <strong>erkenningscontrole binnen dertig kalenderdagen.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bij die eerste controle ontvangt u alle <strong>informatie <\/strong>met de verschillende formulieren en documenten over uw activiteit.<\/p>\n<p>De auditeur overloopt samen met u de belangrijkste punten uit de reglementering inzake biologische landbouw die van toepassing zijn voor uw bedrijf en licht ze ook toe.<\/p>\n<p>Al die informatie (omschrijving van uw activiteiten, aard en herkomst van de inputs, conformiteit van uw installaties, aanwezigheid van procedures enz.) wordt opgenomen in een controleverslag.<\/p>\n<p>Er kunnen ook <strong>stalen worden genomen.<\/strong> Deze stalen worden geanalyseerd door een erkend en onafhankelijk laboratorium. Vervolgens moeten uw verschillende vestigingen elk jaar volledig worden gecontroleerd.<\/p>\n<p>De facturen voor de controle en de certificatie worden opgesteld op basis van de geldende en door de overheid goedgekeurde <a href=\"https:\/\/www.certisys.eu\/nl\/tarieven\/\">tarieven<\/a>. Krijg uw certificaat<\/h2>\n<p>Na de controle legt de auditeur zijn verslag voor aan de certificatiedienst die onafhankelijk een beslissing neemt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Is alles conform? <\/strong>Dan krijgt u een <strong>standaardcertificaat<\/strong> met daarop alle activiteiten en de generieke namen van de productcategorie\u00ebn met biogarantie.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zijn er non-conformiteiten? <\/strong>Dan wordt de beslissing om een certificaat uit te reiken genomen op basis van een rooster met <a href=\"https:\/\/www.certisys.eu\/nl\/voorschriften\/sancties-en-beroepsprocedure\/\"><strong>non-conformiteiten<\/strong><\/a> en een <a href=\"https:\/\/www.certisys.eu\/nl\/voorschriften\/sancties-en-beroepsprocedure\/\"><strong>sanctiebarema<\/strong><\/a> dat werd vastgelegd door de overheid. U ontvangt een brief waarin u wordt gevraagd om de non-conformiteit binnen een bepaalde termijn in orde te brengen.\u00a0 In het kader van een kwaliteitssysteem is het belangrijk om een positieve relatie op te bouwen waarbij correctieve maatregelen worden genomen indien een non-conformiteit wordt vastgesteld.<\/p>\n<p>Iedere marktdeelnemer wordt minstens <strong>eenmaal per jaar <\/strong>gecontroleerd. Dat geldt ook voor elke vestiging die gekoppeld is aan een bedrijf en waarvoor een kennisgeving werd ingediend voor een bioactiviteit.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row content_placement=&#8221;middle&#8221; css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1605630337493{padding-bottom: 30px !important;}&#8221;][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243; offset=&#8221;vc_col-lg-offset-2 vc_col-lg-4&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2>Communiceren over commercialiseren van uw producten<\/h2>\n<p>U mag alleen <strong>producten <\/strong>verkopen met de <strong>benaming &#8216;BIO&#8217; <\/strong>die behoren tot de categorie\u00ebn <strong>vermeld op uw certificaat.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Bent u landbouwer?<\/strong> Volgens de reglementering mag u de term &#8216;biologische landbouw&#8217; gebruiken aan het einde van uw omschakelingsperiode. Bij de kennisgeving van uw activiteit, na afloop van de erkenningscontrole, ontvangt u een verbintenisattest voor het eerste exploitatiejaar. Uw producten mogen tijdens die periode dus niet de benaming &#8216;BIO&#8217; dragen. Voor het tweede exploitatiejaar krijgt u een omschakelingscertificaat. Daarmee kunt u uw producten verkopen met het label &#8216;in omschakeling naar de biologische landbouw&#8217;. Na afloop van uw omschakelingsperiode ontvangt u een biocertificaat waarmee u uw producten met het biostatuut op de markt kunt brengen.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;5892&#8243;
