Het oude systeem, waarbij controleorganen werden erkend voor &#8220;equivalentie&#8221;, stopt op <strong>31\/12\/2024<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Controleer dus of alles in orde is met uw buitenlandse leveranciers en wees alert op de conformiteit van de producten die u importeert. tab_id=&#8221;invoer&#8221;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1767604375336{border-top-width: 2px !important;border-right-width: 2px !important;border-bottom-width: 2px !important;border-left-width: 2px !important;padding-top: 20px !important;padding-right: 20px !important;padding-bottom: 20px !important;padding-left: 20px !important;border-left-style: dashed !important;border-right-style: dashed !important;border-top-style: dashed !important;border-bottom-style: dashed !important;border-color: #e30614 !important;}&#8221;]De biologische producten van een exporteur in een derde land (een land buiten de Europese Unie) mogen binnen de Europese Economische Ruimte worden verkocht, ge\u00ebtiketteerd en aangeboden als biologisch, op voorwaarde dat ze in de EU zijn ingevoerd volgens een van de volgende 4 invoerregelingen:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Conformiteitsregeling<\/strong> (artikel 46 van Verordening 2018\/848): De lijst van erkende certificeringsinstanties voor conformiteit is beschikbaar op <a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/EN\/TXT\/?uri=CELEX%3A32021R1378&amp;qid=1683539713796\">deze link<\/a> (Verordening 2021\/1378 &#8211; laatste geconsolideerde versie)<\/li>\n<li>Regeling met <strong>speciale overeenkomst<\/strong> (artikel 47 van Verordening 2018\/848): De lijst van landen waarop deze speciale overeenkomst van toepassing is, is beschikbaar op deze link <a href=\"https:\/\/agriculture.ec.europa.eu\/farming\/organic-farming\/trade\/agreements-trade-organic-products_en\">Agreements on trade in organic products &#8211; European Commission<\/a><\/li>\n<li><strong>Gelijkwaardigheidssysteem<\/strong> <strong><u>per controleorgaan<\/u><\/strong> (artikel 57 van Verordening 2018\/848)\u00a0 De lijst van certificeringsorganen die erkend zijn voor gelijkwaardigheid is beschikbaar in bijlage 2 van <a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/EN\/TXT\/?uri=CELEX%3A32021R2325\">Verordening 2021\/2325 <\/a>(laatste geconsolideerde versie). Dit systeem is niet langer geldig vanaf <u>31-12-2024<\/u>.<\/li>\n<li>Regeling <strong>gelijkwaardigheid<\/strong> <strong><u>derde landen<\/u><\/strong> (artikel 48 van Verordening 2018\/848): De lijst van voor gelijkwaardigheid erkende derde landen is beschikbaar in bijlage 1 van Verordening <a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/EN\/TXT\/?uri=CELEX%3A32021R2325\">2021\/2325 <\/a>(laatste geconsolideerde versie). Dit systeem is geldig tot <u>31-12-2026<\/u>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=&#8221;Lijst met controleorganen en\/of -autoriteiten erkend door de Europese Commissie&#8221;
