In deze Verordeningen vindt u alle modaliteiten die van toepassing zijn voor uw activiteit.<\/p>\n<p>Elk bioproduct dat afkomstig is uit een <strong>niet-Europees land<\/strong> moet steeds een <strong>eCOI \u2013 Certificate of Inspection<\/strong> hebben. Uw bedrijf moet dus eveneens geregistreerd zijn als <strong>&#8216;importeur van biologische producten&#8217; <\/strong>op TRACES en daarbij moet uw certificeringsorganisme worden vermeld. De producten die u invoert uit het Verenigd Koninkrijk moeten een <strong>elektronisch controlecertificaat<\/strong> hebben (eCOI) dat werd afgeleverd in TRACES en ondertekend door het certificeringsorganisme van uw Britse leverancier. Als u Britse producten invoert vanuit een land van de Europese Vrijhandelsassociatie (Zwitserland, IJsland, Noorwegen, Liechtenstein) is een eCOI niet nodig. Vraag uw leverancier een kopie van zijn certificaat en controleer de geldigheidsdatum bij uw bestelling.<\/li>\n<li>De <strong>ontvangstprocedure<\/strong> van bioproducten: is deze procedure ingevoerd?<\/li>\n<li>De<strong> traceerbaarheid<\/strong> van de producten: worden de traceerbaarheidsregels nageleefd? (Aanwezigheid van oorspronkelijke etiketten, transportdocumenten)<\/li>\n<li>De <strong>opslagplaatsen<\/strong>: worden de bioproducten bij de opslag correct gemarkeerd en gescheiden? Zijn ze traceerbaar zoals het hoort? In dat geval is er een automatische gelijkwaardigheid. De auditeur van CERTISYS\u00ae controleert het biocertificaat dat werd opgesteld door een in dat land erkend controleorganisme, de transportdocumenten, de facturen, de leveringsbonnen, de etiketten, de uitgevoerde hoeveelheden enz. Een eCOI is in dit geval niet nodig.<\/li>\n<li>Het product komt uit een land dat werd erkend door de Europese Unie (bijvoorbeeld Tunesi\u00eb) of een land waar het controleorganisme werd erkend door de EU met het oog op gelijkwaardigheid.
