Faites-vous contr\u00f4ler<\/h2>\n<p>Une fois votre dossier ouvert, l\u2019auditeur CERTISYS\u00ae en charge de votre dossier prendra contact avec vous afin de fixer un rendez-vous pour le <strong>contr\u00f4le d\u2019agr\u00e9ment end\u00e9ans les 30 jours calendrier.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lors de ce premier contr\u00f4le, vous recevrez les <strong>informations<\/strong> reprenant les diff\u00e9rents formulaires et les documents de vulgarisation relatifs \u00e0 votre activit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Les points les plus importants des R\u00e8glements en mati\u00e8re d\u2019agriculture biologique qui s&rsquo;appliquent \u00e0 votre entreprise seront parcourus et expliqu\u00e9s par votre auditeur.<\/p>\n<p>Ces derniers (description de vos activit\u00e9s, la nature et la provenance des intrants, la conformit\u00e9 de vos installations, la pr\u00e9sence de proc\u00e9dures, etc.) seront repris dans un rapport de contr\u00f4le.<\/p>\n<p>Des <strong>pr\u00e9l\u00e8vements d&rsquo;\u00e9chantillons<\/strong> pourront avoir lieu. Les analyses seront r\u00e9alis\u00e9es par un laboratoire accr\u00e9dit\u00e9 et ind\u00e9pendant. Un contr\u00f4le exhaustif des diff\u00e9rents sites d\u2019activit\u00e9s devra ensuite avoir lieu tous les ans.<\/p>\n<p>Les factures de prestation de contr\u00f4le et certification seront \u00e9tablies en fonction des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.certisys.eu\/tarifs\/\">tarifs<\/a> en vigueur, approuv\u00e9s par les Autorit\u00e9s. Soyez certifi\u00e9<\/h2>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s le contr\u00f4le, l&rsquo;auditeur pr\u00e9sente son rapport au service certification qui prend une d\u00e9cision en toute ind\u00e9pendance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Si tout est conforme<\/strong>, nous \u00e9mettons un <strong>certificat<\/strong> standardis\u00e9 reprenant les activit\u00e9s et les noms g\u00e9n\u00e9riques des cat\u00e9gories des produits garantis BIO.<\/p>\n<p><strong>En cas de non-conformit\u00e9s<\/strong>, la d\u00e9cision d&rsquo;\u00e9mettre un certificat se fait suivant une <a href=\"https:\/\/www.certisys.eu\/reglementation\/sanctions-et-procedure-dappel\/\">grille de <strong>non-conformit\u00e9s<\/strong> et un\u00a0 bar\u00e8me de sanctions<\/a> d\u00e9fini par les Autorit\u00e9s. Une lettre vous est alors adress\u00e9e vous demandant de vous engager \u00e0 rem\u00e9dier \u00e0 la non-conformit\u00e9 dans un d\u00e9lai fix\u00e9.\u00a0 Dans le cadre d&rsquo;un syst\u00e8me qualit\u00e9, il est important d&rsquo;\u00e9tablir une relation positive en prenant des mesures correctives lorsqu\u2019une non-conformit\u00e9 est constat\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Chaque op\u00e9rateur est contr\u00f4l\u00e9 au minimum <strong>une fois par an<\/strong>. Il en va de m\u00eame pour chaque site li\u00e9 \u00e0 une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et notifi\u00e9 pour une activit\u00e9 BIO.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row content_placement=\u00a0\u00bbmiddle\u00a0\u00bb css=\u00a0\u00bb.vc_custom_1605630337493{padding-bottom: 30px !important;}\u00a0\u00bb][vc_column width=\u00a0\u00bb1\/2&Prime; offset=\u00a0\u00bbvc_col-lg-offset-2 vc_col-lg-4&Prime;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2>Communiquez et commercialisez vos produits<\/h2>\n<p>Vous ne pouvez commercialiser sous <strong>l\u2019appellation \u00ab BIO \u00bb<\/strong> que les <strong>produits<\/strong> entrant dans les cat\u00e9gories <strong>mentionn\u00e9es sur votre certificat.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Vous \u00eates agriculteur<\/strong>\u00a0? La R\u00e8glementation vous autorise \u00e0 vous servir du terme \u00ab agriculture biologique \u00bb \u00e0 la fin de la p\u00e9riode de conversion. Lors de votre notification d\u2019activit\u00e9, \u00e0 l\u2019issue du contr\u00f4le d\u2019agr\u00e9ment, vous recevrez une attestation d\u2019engagement pour la premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e d\u2019exploitation. Vos produits ne b\u00e9n\u00e9ficieront d\u2019aucune appellation BIO durant cette p\u00e9riode. Un certificat de conversion vous sera octroy\u00e9 pour la deuxi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e d\u2019exploitation. Il vous permettra de vendre vos produits sous le label \u00ab\u00a0en conversion vers l\u2019agriculture biologique\u00a0\u00bb.
