You can find <strong>certified control bodies by country<\/strong> in the <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/agriculture\/ofis_public\/actor_cbeu\/ctrl.cfm?targetUrl=home&amp;lang=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">European Commission list<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">To prevent fraud, CERTISYS\u00ae maintains relationships with other <strong>control bodies<\/strong> and the <strong>Authorities<\/strong>. Information is circulated between these bodies in Belgium as well as on a European level, between other Authorities and the European Commission thanks, in particular, to the <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/food\/safety\/rasff\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Rapid Alert System for Food and Feed <\/a>(RASFF).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">There is also a platform for coordinating control bodies on a European level, <a href=\"https:\/\/eocc.nu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The European Organic Certifiers Council<\/a> (EOCC) which aims to improve<strong>co-operation<\/strong> and <strong>share information<\/strong> between bodies.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1614846917657{padding-top: 50px !important;padding-bottom: 80px !important;background-color: #f0f3f1 !important;}&#8221;][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/4&#8243;][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">Non-certified operators who advertise &#8220;Organic&#8221; products<\/h2>\n<p>Like any other sector, Organic products are not free from breaches or even fraud. CERTISYS\u00ae monitors the development of organic products. Its <strong>mission<\/strong> is <strong>primarily preventative<\/strong>, to avoid fraud. If breaches or fraud do occur, it intervenes and imposes appropriate sanctions.<\/p>\n<p>The European Organic system is transparent and accessible. It enables all citizens to check if an operator or product claiming to be Organic is actually certified as Organic.
