The old system, in which certification bodies were recognized based on <strong>&#8220;equivalence&#8221;<\/strong>, will end on <strong>31\/12\/2024<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Make sure everything is in order with your foreign suppliers and pay close attention to the compliance of the products you import. latest consolidated version).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2.Special Agreement <\/strong>Regime (Article 47 of R. 2018\/848)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The list of countries covered by this special agreement is available via this link: <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\">Agreements on trade in organic products &#8211; European Commission<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3.Equivalence <\/strong>Regime<strong> <u>by Control Body<\/u><\/strong> (Article 57 of R. 2018\/848)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The list of certifying bodies recognized for equivalence is available in Annex 2 of <u>R. 2021\/2325<\/u> (latest consolidated version).<\/li>\n<li>This system will no longer be valid after <u>December 31, 2024<\/u>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>4.Equivalence <\/strong>Regime<strong> <u>by Third Country<\/u><\/strong> (Article 48 of R. 2018\/848)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The list of third countries recognized for equivalence is available in Annex 1 of<a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/FR\/TXT\/?uri=CELEX%3A32021R2325\"> <u>R. 2021\/2325<\/u> <\/a>(latest consolidated version).<\/li>\n<li>This system will remain valid until <u>December 31, 2026<\/u>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=&#8221;List of control bodies and\/or authorities certified by the European Commission&#8221;
